Graduate Sales Officer recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

•Explain products and platforms and assist clients and instil confidence to enable them to continue trading.

•Monitor client activity to ensure that their queries are answered and trading needs met.

•Reactivate dormant accounts.

•Work with internal departments to address client issues. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing, sales, compliance, treasury, operations, risk and IT.

•To successfully promote services through proactive client contact.

•To ensure that a first class service is provided to clients through Client Management team.

Educational / Experience Requirements:

Required Skills:

•Excellent telephone manner.

•Excellent organisational skills.

•Proven track record of building relationships with private and corporate Clients

•Up to date knowledge on market movements.

•Excellent product knowledge.

•Excellent knowledge of anti-fraud procedures.

•Excellent knowledge of trade input and position/risk monitoring procedures. 

•PC skills inc. of Word Excel.

•Excellent up to date Knowledge of Anti-money Laundering requirements.

Desired Skills:

•1-2 years  experience in a financial services role

•Experience within soft sales

•Knowledge of financial markets

•Additional Languages (not essential)

•Degree educated
