THE COMPANY
An international investment banking software business with 13 offices located in the primary global cities for electronic trading. My client supplies sophisticated trading systems used by top tier investment banks and has recently made significant acquisitions to boost their position in the market.
THE ROLE
As a graduate support analyst you will be working with various teams including support; product, implementation and sales to help configure the platforms on behalf of clients. This is a position that will teach you technical skills, knowledge of electronic trading and experience working with trading systems and complex financial applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Configuring the system by installing specific components based on client specifications supplied by the project manager
* Testing the systems before
* Providing support to internal users
* Writing detailed documentation surrounding the systems
REQUIREMENTS
* A 1st class or 2.1 result in either computers science or electronic engineering from a reputable university
* Experience working with UNIX / Linux
* Knowledge of at least one development languate - Java, C++, C#
* Some exposure to data base e.g. SQL, Oracle or Sybase
* Excellent communication skills

To be considered for this role you must have the academic qualifications noted above, candidates with a 2.2 or those in in subjects other that computer science or electronic engineering will not be considered.
