The role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant seeks to develop new and currrent business opportunities with companies and to fill client vacancies with the best candidates on the market. The Trainee Recruitment consultant will be engaged in numerous roles including sourcing candidates, cold calling potential clients, interviewing candidates, negotiating salaries and organising client meetings.
This sales role requires a graduate or salesperson that is competitive, persuasive, tenacious and ambitious with drive to succeed within a rapidly changing sales industry.
