With previous commercial work experience or previous recruitment experience and confidence in your own ability to succeed in recruitment, you will play an integral role in the growth of our team.

 

The Job

 

Joining a team of some of the best in the business, you will be offering a quality service to both our clients and candidates alike. To do this we will fully support you and offer first class training throughout your career - as well as giving you the autonomy to drive your own successes.

This role is incredibly varied and no two days will ever be the same. The fast-paced and competitive nature of the role provides an exciting and stimulating environment to work in. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

 

·          Liaising between candidate and clients to build relationships

·          Developing and managing existing candidate relationships

·          Contacting clients to win business

·          Working in partnership with both new and existing clients

·          Arranging interviews

·          Offering advice and consultation to candidates and clients

·          Writing professional advertising copy and handling the response

 

You will possess excellent communication skills; both written and oral with the ability to empathise the needs of your clients and candidates - so you’ll need to have a good balance of commercial, professional and people skills.

 

This is not a ‘9 to 5’ job, however the rewards are high…
