Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Digital Media - London
We are an innovative Digital Media Recruitment Company who have just had our best ever Q1. We are now looking to build on this success by continuing our tradition of hiring entrepreneurial Graduates that are hungry for success.
Responsibility in this role comes as standard from day one and you will be expected to work hard and learn quickly. You will need to have exceptional communication skills as you will be meeting with our clients and candidates on a regular basis. However you will receive rewards for your hard work, we offer an excellent commission structure as well as other benefits and incentives.
An ideal candidate will first and foremost have a strong desire to get into Recruitment, to learn about the industry and develop innovative ideas and business plans. You will receive training on all areas of the recruitment cycle from the Managing Director and senior consultants. This means your training will be comprehensive and tailored to you as an individual.
Essential skills required:
- A strong degree (preferably 2.1) from a good University.
- Extracurricular activities that demonstrate clear drive and motivation.
- A strong business focus.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- A personable and professional attitude.
