We are now looking for a recent grad to join our Graduate Program in our Continuous Improvement team based in Burwood, Victoria. The 24-36 month graduate program begins with 12 months out in our branch operations, including time spent with Logistics, Marketing Buying, where you will obtain a solid understanding of what makes Reece a leading plumbing retailer. You'll be mentored by senior Reece managers and follow a structured plan to assist you to become a future leader within Reece. After your first 12 months your time will be spent learning how to successfully implement change in line with one of Reece's core values, Continuous Improvement (CIP).

Skills and experience required for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications (commerce or business highly regarded)
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated statistical skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team on special projects
  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • An ability to retain knowledge of policy, procedures, statistics and results.
  • A passion for applying proven methodologies to problem solving  (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
