The role as Recruitment Consultant has become available due to continuous market development and expansion of our expert teams across the West Wales region. We are looking for sales focused individuals to manage a portfolio of clients and candidates in our Accountancy and Finance, Construction and Property and Education specialisms in our Bristol office. The role will focus on you building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates alike, utilising the resources we have available in order to develop your desk and become a successful Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
We are actively looking for passionate, determined and sales driven personalities to join us and begin a challenging and financially rewarding career. To be successful in the role, you will have impeccable time management and organisational skills. This is a sales role, meaning resilience is paramount in a Recruitment Consultant in order to be successful and build up your network effectively. A successful consultant will have ambition, passion, and will be inquisitive to become an expert in your specialism and gain uncapped commission.
