Boston International is a leader in the gift and home décor industry, importing and distributing high quality gifts and home décor items to distinctive retailers nationwide.
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated graphic designer. Main job responsibilities include graphic design for catalogs, brochures and online merchandising. Must be able to be creative and flexible while maintaining a high attention to detail. This is the main graphic designer in a small product development/graphic design/marketing department. Deadlines are fast paced and good organization skills are a must. Ideal candidates will work well independently as well as contribute positively as a member of a creative team. Some design of product displays for showrooms and/or trade shows is also part of the responsibilities.
Previous graphic catalog design experience is required. Gift industry experience is a plus. Must be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Product display experience (trade show, store display, point of purchase or other similar product display experience) is necessary. A relevant degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required. Packaging design experience and Illustration skills are a plus.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Boston International is located in Holliston, MA. Occasional domestic travel is required.
