RESPONSIBILITIES ?Provide HR client support for Raleigh-based USMI and International functional groups ?Partner with managers to drive business agenda through excellent talent management processes and practices ?Implementation of core HR strategies and processes and client specific activities such as staffing, salary planning, performance coaching, employee relations, and training/development * Provide input into HR initiatives for business including Organizational Leadership Review, Diversity and Community Relations, Salary/Bonus Planning, Employee Engagement and Talent Management ? Provide support for the development of annual reviews, staffing, compensation and organizational change effectiveness ? Liaison between managers and Staffing Center recruiters to develop and implement staffing and recruitment strategies for client groups ? Assist with development of training plans based on assessment of organizational needs and operating budgets ? Partner with training and OE leaders in Genworth to share best practices and leverage resources to accomplish our training and development strategy ? Deliver training in leadership and core development courses ? Drive effective utilization of the mentoring program, diversity forums and other talent development opportunities BASIC QUALIFICATIONS ? 2-4 years of Human Resource experience with demonstrated success in associate and manager relations ? Experience in working in a client model role and supporting business change initiatives ? Strong influencing and communication skills ? Superior interpersonal skills; excellent facilitation skills ? Proven attention to detail with strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word ? Experience resolving conflict and achieving results through others ? Experience managing concurrent deadlines with multiple priorities ? Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality ? BA/BS in business, human resources or related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ? Process oriented, organized, attention to details ? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization ? Financial services experience ? Knowledge of HR Oracle ? Professional HR designation/s (PHR/SPHR)
