Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager recruitment
A leading international insurer is looking to hire a Group Consolidation and Reporting Manager in what will be a crucial role for the business. This role will see you heavily linked to the business through the review and production of key group reports (e.g. financial statements, regulatory returns including Solvency II reporting, board reporting), as well as ad hoc project work around functional process improvements. You will have day to day responsibility for a team of 5 qualified accountants and this is likely to increase over the course of the next year.
Given the high profile nature of the role it is essential that you have a demonstrable track record of related experience within insurance or financial services (preferably with exposure to life insurance). Experience has shown that you should be a qualified accountant (CA or equivalent) and be able to liaise with individuals at all levels. You should be comfortable with Solvency II regulation in a group reporting environment, and any project work around this would be advantageous to your application.
