Our client is an innovative media group with a reputation for promoting and developing staff. Opportunities exist for current Big 4 audit professionals to join the group in a financial reporting capacity.
You will be involved in the preparation of the group's annual and interim reports, take ownership of share option accounting which includes monthly reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting as well as providing accounting advice on both corporate transactions and commercial deals. Further, you will review new accounting standards and help with the preparation of statutory accounts.
The role will allow you to develop a broad understanding of media industry and company issues and to build strong internal relationships, especially with commercial finance, corporate finance, investor relations and treasury.
To be considered it is essential that you are a recently qualified ACA with a track record of auditing FTSE 100 businesses. Your verbal and written communication skills will allow you to deliver technical issues to management and you will have the capacity to add value to a dynamic and ever changing environment.
