Position Overview
We have 2 positions available – Full Time Associate and Contractor.

The Finance Analytics Associate will be required to provide financial and non financial analysis, decision support and cost management support to the DB business lines.

Responsibilities
• Provide insight through financial and non financial analysis
• Understand and articulate costs and drivers and the means to manage these costs
• Challenge existing processes and drive improvements where required
• Understand cost drivers to ensure accurate allocation between businesses

Requirements
• Business judgment acumen
• Analytical thinking problem solving
• Flexibility and ability to work in an unstructured environment
• Client Relationship Focus
• Knowledge of the markets in which the firm operates
• Presentation tools and techniques
• Presentation skills
• Ability to drive best practice
• Degree qualified
• 3+ years work experience in a Financial Services environment
• Permanent resident
• Confident manner
• Able to resolve problems through own initiative
