Group HR Administrator – 3 – 6 Month – Gatwick
Group HR Administrator - 3 – 6 Month - Gatwick - £17,000 pro rata
This well respected organisation based at Gatwick are currently looking for an experienced Group Human Resources Administrator on a 3- 6 month contract which has the potential to go permanent.
The Role
- Collate and distribute ‘new joiner ‘packs.
- Record keeping for overseas offices.
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and overseas managers to set up interviews.
- Support the Group HR Team in the recruitment process including compiling offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Replying to all speculative candidates and forwarding relevant CVs to managers across the group.
- Maintaining the Simply Personnel database, scanning in employee documents and ensuring all records are up to date.
- Assist the Group HR department in planning training courses.
- Organising employment references.
- Maintain Group employee records, updating personnel files.
You will need to
- Maintain a calm disposition and positive outlook particularly when working under pressure.
- Be trustworthy in all aspects of the role, particularly when dealing with confidential information
- Self- motivated and able to work with high degree of autonomy.
Remuneration:
Our client is offering an excellent salary of up to £17,000 pro rata
