Group Planning & Strategy Analyst / Specialist recruitment
Reporting to the Director, the incumbent will assist the Manager/Director/VP in the analysis for formulating strategic plans for the company to achieve financial and organizational targets, including but not limited to opportunities and challenges in the shipping and logistics industries.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Tracking and analyzing industry and market trends with particular emphasis on the container shipping logistics industry
- Developing quantitative models for analysis of the industry as well as specific companies
- Interfacing with various internal managers at Group and BU for projects and assignments
- including the Strategic Asset Management, Group Marketing, Group Investor Relations, Group Strategic Investments
- Interfacing with external advisors including investment banks, financial advisors, legal advisors, and management consultants
- Assisting in preparing of presentation materials for senior management and board meetings
Requirements
You should possess:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Big Four or consulting companies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Financial skills, including analysis of past performance, forecasting, valuation of entities, and financial modeling
- Excellent communication skills in writing, presentation, negotiation and data mining
- Ideally knowledge of the shipping logistics industry, but not essential
