Group Sales Executive

We are looking to recruit for a well known sporting organisation who are a well known organisation within the North West. They are looking to recruit for a highly motivated individual to sell tickets to organisations such as schools, sporting organisations and clubs. The role is a permanent position and this is a secure role for the right candidate. The role will include working in the field as well as in the office so you must be able to drive and have access to a car. Full flexibility is required in terms of hours as some appointments will be out of hours and weekends will be included.

Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for generating maximum revenue for the Club through group ticket sales.
· Generate new leads via telemarketing, referrals, outside events.
· Account manage existing groups.
· Build strong relationships with rugby clubs, schools and other sporting clubs.
· Attend outside events at evenings and weekends.
· Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
· Maintain accurate reports of prospecting activities and closed sales.
· Carry out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holder's capabilities.

Skills Experience required essential
· A minimum one year’s experience in sales, telemarketing or cold calling.
· Knowledge and passion for rugby union.
· Ability to communicate on all levels.
· Experience in working independently and achieving sales targets.
· Hungry, persistent, enthusiastic, people person drive.
Must be able to drive as will be required to visit clients in the field
