Growing Financial Services Recruitment Firm Seeking Recruiters (2 open positions).
Our firm is in its second full year of business; coming off of an excellent performance in 2012 and strong start to 2013. The partners of our firm are seasoned industry experts with strong track records in Wall Street recruitment across technology, quant/analytical, and trading mandates within the banking domain. We are currently engaged in numerous contingent and retained search mandates.
Currently, Revolution Search Inc. is seeking motivated junior recruiters (2) to help us better service our clients.
The successful candidates will join a highly collaborative and demanding work environment:
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of new candidate leads via a variety of traditional, as well as innovative/non-traditional candidate engagement methods (cold calling, data mining, Linkedin, job boards, etc.)
- Arranging in-person meetings with prospective candidates on a regular basis
- Managing candidates through the full recruiting life cycle (sourcing, pitching, submittal, interview scheduling/management, closing)
- Formatting resumes; adding to the firms proprietary database of existing contacts
- Demonstrate strong understanding of required training material within first 1-2 months of employment.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or similar is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry is nice to have, but not a requirement (keeping in mind that we are seeking “Junior” recruiters, so if you possess 5+ years in the business and are still looking for the right seat, this probably isn’t it).
