At peak levels, GTB processes payments worth up to 1.4 trillion Euros per day and, as of March 31, 2012, is the number one Euro clearer and a top-six US Dollar clearer with more than 60% of overall revenues are generated from clients outside Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Market Advocacy (MA) Client Proposition. Your responsibilities will also include the following:
- Determine a sustainable Client strategy for Market Advocacy engagement (Platinum, Gold, Bronze clients)
- Develop suitable Client collateral (i.e. Regulations handbook)
- Develop customer segment regulatory impact analysis to aid Sales support
- Develop and maintain GTB Market Advocacy App for clients, including regular updates, articles of interest, regular blog
- Organise Quarterly Client events on regulatory landscape
- Enhance current customer access channels, creating new business avenues
- Ensure a coherent approach to Market Infrastructure partners
- Prepare Client Documentation (Newsflashes, White Papers etc.) based on input from the team members
- Create standardised client presentations on key Advocacy topics
- Involvement in the standardisation of Market Advocacy process is expected
- Regular update and distribute Management Information System (MIS) pack
You will have:
- Excellent communication skills (able to work with all levels within the organisation).
- Proficient knowledge of English
- Experience of banking regulatory topics in the Post Trade space would be useful, but at a minimum, the ability to gain an understanding of these issues quickly
- Solid understanding of Project Management concepts, processes and best practices
- Experience of data management tools preferred
- Writing and presentation skills required
- Excellent network within GTB and Deutsche Bank wide
- Excellent meeting facilitation and coordination
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with global, multi-region initiatives and teams
- The candidate will need to be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, and to be able to handle frequently changing business priorities.
- Communication - able to create and respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
You will be:
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to work without always being directed (self starter)
- Able to effectively organize and prioritize their day while managing the expectations of stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Deutsche Bank's publication tools and procedures
- Able to display sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
- Able to structure information and presentations that supports the message
- Able to work in a virtual team
