GTS Sales recruitment

Major Responsibility

1.Generate revenue from sales of Cash Trade Products to achieve the annual budget.

2.Manage Capital and Country limit for GTS by controlling booking schedule.

3.Manage, retain existing clients and develop new clients to explore cross-selling opportunities and to increase the share of wallet.

4.Understand client needs and communicate with Product team, Operations team and Risk Management team for developing tailored solutions, solution rollouts and other supports.

5.Build and leverage network within GTS and add global perspective to support knowledge transfer to other network colleagues.

6.Understand and analyze the market condition for GTS products and provide input for development, enhancement and market positioning.

Job Requirements

• University education – MBA advantageous

• Good Knowledge on Cash, Trade, Guarantee products and Sales

• Direct relevant experience in sales, achieved in either relationship manager or preferably Cash and Trade Sales in a global bank.

• Entrepreneurial spirits – recognise market opportunities, drive aggressively for bottom-line improvement, and deliver revenue in an effective way.

• Client-focused – anticipate and responsive to client needs. Not hesitant to involve senior staff to win deals.

• Team-player – develop and maintain effective relationship within and outside the organization. Ability to develop and drive cross-functional teams in order to deliver enhanced working capital solutions.
