Global Asset Management Company have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Guideline Management Control department, whose purpose is to safeguard the fund management process by controlling and effectively mitigating portfolio risk.
The successful candidate will join the guideline management team working on many guideline monitoring applications in the interpretation, coding and analysis of guideline restrictions.
The successful candidate will perform the following functions: -
Manage all aspects of guideline management, from sign-off of new mandates, interpretation and coding, through to review breach information.
Interpretation of investment restrictions for Funds (Regulatory, Prospectus and Internal restrictions) and segregated mandates, covering Fixed Income and Currency portfolios.
Ensure any agreed upon manual guidelines are documented fully via the Risk Acceptance process and Oversight and coding of investment guidelines into Latent Zero Sentinel.
Essential Skills/Experience
Candidates must have experience of Sentinel coding of investment guidelines within an Asset Management company. Good Product knowledge covering all the major asset classes.
