Hard Services Manager Job in Hounslow, London UK

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to work with my client onsite at Heathrow Airport in order to deliver a range hard services.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction through the effective management of staff, sub contractors and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

•Manage the supply chain partner relationships
•Allocate resources and manage the performance of the Hard Services Teams.
•Oversee performance monitoring and reporting.
•Ensure Co-ordination and planning activities are undertaken and reviewed to maximise delivery
•Ensure statutory and legal compliance
•Ensure OMs and Asset information is correct and up to date at all times
•To develop the account in terms of revenue, service lines and capabilities
•Monitor and manage the control of labour, consumables, materials and equipment within budgets
•Support central development and operational activities and liaise closely with Cleaning Services
•Delivery of continuous improvement, efficiencies and partnering proposals
•Manage the relationship with clients and their expectations of service delivery.
•Drive health and safety excellence and champion continuous improvement and best value
•Ensure management of the Company's resources; employees, suppliers and subcontractors.
•Accountable for ensuring that adequate development of all staff under direct control is undertaken

You will possess a strong operational management background in addition to a passion for service excellence and focus on change management. You will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and possess the ability to manage effective working relationships with suppliers, staff and key business stakeholders. You will hold a recognised health and safety qualification IOSH,NEBOSH. CIBSE certification or equivalent is preferred.

This position is offered on a 2-3 month contract basis, commencing ASAP.
