Hd of Sales/Singapore Business Head recruitment

Firstly, a head of the private bank/ Singapore general manager – must be a senior and well-respected individual with an in-depth grasp of private banking to be first in command of the business.  The role will require dealing with general office management, contact with regulators, high-profile marketing of the bank, etc.  This role will report into the CEO of Asia, based in Hong Kong.

Secondly, a head of sales/ marketing to be second in command would ideally be a charismatic and established private banker or team leader who can lead the existing sales force and bring relationship managers into the bank.  This role will report into the Singapore GM as described above.

Both roles will require individuals who are well-respected in the market and bring a good reputation and gravitas to the business.

This is an established private bank in Singapore with well over 50 private bankers covering South East Asian, North Asian, and international markets broadly. It offers a very attractive formulaic payout structure and therefore attracts RMs that have strong client relationships and value a long-term approach to doing business.  It provides a wider tolerance on market coverage with an autonomous and entrepreneurial culture.  This institution is very much a pure-play private bank with an open architecture platform.
