Head – Corporate Banking – UAE recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide leadership and manage Corporate Banking Group to achieve pre-set financial non-financial objectives.
Responsible for the achievement of the budgeted revenues and the operating profits agreed for the year while maintaining a low risk portfolio rating.
The key responsibilities would include
1. Plan the annual business strategy of the teams
2. Review the existing commercial portfolio to maintain / enhance the asset quality and control the risks attaching, whilst exploiting opportunities to maximize revenues
3. Identify and segment target market and develop new business
4. Effectively overlook new product roll outs and cross sell activities
The incumbent should have previous experience in heading Corporate Banking Group with some exposure to Islamic Banking.
