Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- Provide advice and support to head, CIB Product Specialists on the Debt Capital Market landscape and opportunities
- Manage and strategise business development plan with the objective of growing the portfolio
- Build market intelligence and capitalise on the business opportunities
- Provide financial advisory services to clients seeking large scale debt financing
Business Performance
- Assist clients to raise debt financing from both debt capital and bank markets through issuance of private debt securities and syndicated bank debt
- Secure mandates for debt financing assignment including advisory and fund raising ie. Providing financial advice and structuring financial plans tailored to meet specific requirements of clients
- Implement mandates including providing of financial advice, managing due diligence, securing regulatory approvals, legal documentation and actual issuance of debt
- Ensure compliance of all legal and regulatory requirements and administration and monitoring of transactions
- Manage issuance / redemption of debt securities, drawdown / rollover of syndicated debt over life of debt
- Monitor compliance of stipulated financing covenants by clients
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing and managing debt equity markets
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Innovative, with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
