Investment Management Mandate Operations Services (MOS) is the operational support unit for the Investment Management business of Wealth Management Swiss Bank, providing support and services for the Portfolio Management and Investment Process teams.

For this role as

Head Mandate Analytical Services ? Investment Management

we're looking for a person willing to drive two small teams of experts and make things happen.

The MOS Mandate Analytical Services (MAS) Team is the central unit responsible for all performance, economic exposure and MIS (Management Information System) related topics with a very strong bias towards performance reporting and analysis. This particularly includes performance ex.-post risk measurement, reporting, analysis and finally the regular commenting and presentation of the relevant findings.

On the other side, this very interesting and challenging position includes full responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day operations, report data deliveries and finally the ensuring of compliance with GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) and other applicable reporting standards regulations (e.g. MIFID).

The continuous review and enhancement of the produced deliverables/ output builds a very central part of this function. This involves the responsibility for the drafting, optimization and accurate implementation how results and findings will be presented and communicated to various internal stakeholders. In this role you are responsible, that all necessary tool enhancements/ developments are addressed and prioritized properly.

As a successful candidate you will further define the future of MAS and leverage existing capabilities of the MAS Teams in a broader context. In a challenging, dynamic and heavily demanding environment you stay focused, set the right priorities and find creative and future oriented solutions together with the team and the various stakeholders.

As a successful candidate you should have the following qualifications:

Degree from a University or FH, preferably with focus on

quantitative financial methodologies

Successful CFA / CIIA / FRM or similar complementary education
Several years of practical experience in the performance analysis reporting area
Practical experience in other specific asset management related areas like portfolio - or risk management is a clear plus but not a precondition
High affinity regarding tools data is expected
Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
Strong organizational, negotiation and communication skills
Clear commitment to quality and dedicated focus on time to market
Sound leadership experience
High degree of self motivation and power to drive and push things forward in a proactive manner
Fluency in German English (oral and written)
