Head of Accounting
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with minimum of 5 years+ pqe and proven experience working in the Real Estate sector. Practical experience of a managing a team required and any additional language skills (German or French) an advantage.
The role requires adaptability in setting priorities and meeting strict time deadlines. A challenging opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who has the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Strong financial control experience is required and ability to manage and control the reporting for external managing agents and other third parties - such as ensuring compliance with Property Management Agreements; Meeting agents to review performance and also able to provide accounting technical support and advice to team members.
You will have a focused and thorough approach with a commitment to deliver excellence and high level of numaracy and computer literacy.
