Head of Affinity – Asia recruitment
Job Responsibilites:
The role is to spearhead the Sales and Distribution business for the organisation in Asia, including the Middle East as well. To do this the candidate must be an acclaimed Affinity professional with a strong regional networks across the bancassurance space as well as creatively engaged toher Affinity sponsors as well.
The requirements are:
- Strong regional networks within banks and financial institutions at the senior most level
- Using these networks to influence and open doors to use their platforms for the distribution of the organisation's products
- Capability and proven track record of building and expanding Affinity businesses and strategic partnerships from scratch and taking them to the next level
- Capability to strategise the organisational capability as well as suggest best practices for business growth and expansion.
- Strong general insurance product knowledge and exposure
- First hand understanding of the Asian marketplace and its demands, especially focussing on Singapore, Hong Kong and China
