Head of AML recruitment
Our client is looking for an experienced AML professional to lead the AML team across a number of the Banks business lines, this opportunity is ideal for someone with strong Advisory skills; other key skills include:
- 10+ years of relevant AML experience where at least 5 years experience is gained from the Banking Finance industry.
- Must be familiar with HK, Greater China and the US AML regulations, processes and procedures
- Prior comprehensive and in-depth knowledge with a financial institution management, business and operational risk management regulations
- Have strong management capacity, coordination and communication skills
- English, Cantonese Mandarin language skills are a must.
As a senior member of the AML team, you will supervise all transactions, internal control systems through on site inspection and through the business’ platforms
The successful applicant will be responsible for enhancing and implementing policy drafting and their MIS systems to strengthen AML requirements.
