Head of Benefits, APAC – Investment Bank recruitment
Our client is a leading international bank with an unparalleled reputation across global markets. With rapid growth over the last few years in the region and further growth forecast, an exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Senior Benefits professional, to lead the APAC Benefits program.
Reporting to the International Benefits Manager, this senior position will have responsibility for all Benefits issues relating to Asia Pacific. Specifically, you will work with country and regional HR teams and LOB to provide benefits consultancy and expertise. Key responsibilities will include: leading and participating in regional surveys; conducting competitive country benefit analyses and reviews and providing recommendations on benefit plan designs; analyzing emerging trends in benefits across APAC. You will manage projects on global benefit initiatives and actively participate in mergers and acquisitions. Extensive liaison is required internally up to a very senior level and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external vendors.
Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of 8 years Benefits experience ideally gained within the financial services sector. You will have exceptional communication and relationship building skills combined with strong project management and analytical skills. Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Above all you must have an energetic, proactive and strategic approach.
