Head of Business Development – Fantastic Digital Agency
A Fantastic Agency at the hub of social media innovation seeking an exceptionally talented Head of Business Development with 6 - 8 years experience in digital and/or social media sales to join their team.
The Role
As Head of BD you will have managers reporting into you, who you will need to manage and develop. You will also be expected to generate, develop and manage strong relationships with new business leads. You’ll be developing and managing revenue and relationships with existing direct clients and agencies across a number of different verticals. You need to be a focused, proactive self-starter, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You’ll use your people skills and strong industry contacts to develop and close new business, grow existing business, and support your team with research, client insights, market analysis and other collateral. Above all, you’ll be responsible for hitting your revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Significant BD management experience
- Proven track record in digital advertising sales
- Strong knowledge of the online industry
- Exceptional connections in the agency market
- Excellent organizational, analytical and influencing skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to deliver results under pressure
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Powerpoint / presentation skills
- Proactive manner with a strong sense of ownership
- A positive attitude that contributes to the overall company culture
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- BA/BS degree or equivalent with top-class academics preferred.

Salary: up to £70k depending on experience, plus commission – great working environment and exciting prospects
