Head of Business Development and relationship Management
Key responsibilities:
- Working with members of the firms relationship team in the region and investment specialists and professionals to manage relationships with our current client base. This will include taking on new clients, participating in client investment reviews, responsibility for relevant communications and reporting and leading potential cross sale opportunities.
- Maintaining relationships with the investment consultant community across the various locations.
- Working in conjunction with the firm's business development team to develop new business opportunities with suitable institutional prospects in the region.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm's investment capabilities so as to be able to convincingly represent them to clients
Qualifications
- You should have strong academics credential and ideally have a CFA
- The candidate will possess a proven track record in a client/consultant relations, business development or product manager role in the institutional investment management industry with a successful track record in Asia.
- The candidate will possess strong investment acumen and intellectual curiosity.
- The candidate will possess a minimum of 10-15 years relevant experience.
- You should exhibit good leadership qualities and be able to lead by example.
- You should have strong communication skills.
- Strong track record of closing mandates and opportunities.
- Strong global teamplayer and culturally aware of working in a diverse culture
