Head of Business Development/Sales Asia – Corporate Trust recruitment

They are now looking to hire a seasoned professional with broad knowledge of the Asian domestic and international bond and loan markets to achieve sales and client retention performance targets, whilst raising the profile of the firm.

Managing a client focused team you will co-ordinate and define the sales strategy and marketing plan identifying target countries, potential clients and drive regional cross-selling initiatives with the in-country teams.  You will develop deep relationships with key internal and external clients providing feedback to the product development team to enhance the product suite.  Providing leadership and support you will leveraging internal resources to organise presentations and training on the service offerings and provide regular feedback and guidance to aid team members career development and help them develop their industry knowledge. 

To be considered for this opportunity you will require:

• 8 to 10 years experience in financial services with in-depth knowledge of the regional and international bond and loan markets;

• a strong track record in product sales or development;

• to be a strategic thinker with the ability to navigate a complex matrix driven management structure and drive tactical execution;
