Head of Business – Executive Search to Search recruitment
The Hanover Search Group is looking for an experienced recruiter within the R2R, Financial Services or Banking space to join as Head of Business for the Groups Executive Search to Search company – ESA.
ESA (Executive Search Associates) has been the main source of Recruitment and Acquisitions for the Hanover Search Group over the last 3 years and has worked with a number of Tier 1 Executive Search firms in London placing candidates from Researcher to CEO level.
Established in 2009, ESA is looking for a Head of Business to offer experience and knowledge with a vision to become the Managing Director with Equity options. The HoB/MD must be highly entrepreneurial, with the drive to grow the business. ESA work closely with the Hanover Search Group of businesses to grow these out, bring in new divisions/desk and report market intelligence. ESA also works with a group of select clients in providing the very best in Search-2-Search.
