Head of Central Services recruitment
My client is looking to hire a Head of Central Services. To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with first rate academic qualifications. This will be combined with demonstrable knowledge and experience of organisational risk and compliance and a sound knowledge of business process and continuity. Knowledge of Data Protection would be advantageous and exposure within a financial services organisation is a must.
Within this role you will provide leadership to core regional central service teams and enable them to deliver effective key business reporting, ensure regulatory compliance and governance and provide operational excellence in line with the organisational objectives. In addition you will take full responsibility and accountability for the financial performance and compliance of contract negotiations and ensure that you co-ordinate effectively with third party vendors.
You will also have responsibility for engaging across to firm to ensure that senior relationship management buy-in and take responsibility for managing London, US and off-shore Central Service team.
The ideal candidate will have a CV which has evidence of the ability to handle complex financial matters and communicating these to non-finance individuals, be results orientated and have extremely strong interpersonal skills.
