HEAD OF CHANGE – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY recruitment
The role holder will be based in Edinburgh and will manage a wide range of functions including the Business Analysis, Development, Testing and Project Delivery teams of c40 people ensuring the successful delivery of IT Solutions across the business.In addition the role holder will be responsible for resourcing the IT change team to meet varying business demands in order to meet business and project objectives.
Core Skills:
- The role holder must have extensive asset management / fund management experience, he or she must have worked in investment the investment management industry and have a strong understand of the investment process across front, middle and back offices.
- He/she must have in-depth experience across IT Change, including exposure to IT analysis, development, testing, system selection, supplier selection, resource management, budget management etc.
- He/she must have experience of managing large scale departments and functions, ideally with head counts and teams similar to that detailed above.
- Experience of IT strategy and complex programme management is essential.
- Strong budge management exposure would also be beneficial.
Core Requirements:
- Experience of running multiple projects with challenging timeframes and deliverables.
- Proven track record in management software development lifecycle and IT process improvement.
- Experienced in leading working groups, taskforces, etc.
- Previous experience in recruiting and managing project teams.
- Senior Stakeholder management experience essential.
