Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Change Manager to become part of a major three year transformation project with one of Hong Kong’s leading technology companies. This position focuses on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The main focus will be to create and implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The Head of Change Management will work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency so that business results are achieved.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and applying a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side change. They will develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and develop proactive change agents across the organisation and leverage the broader group to achieve a smooth transition to a new business operating model.
The major challenges will be to maintain high rates of employee satisfaction through exemplary and consistent performance, maintaining focus of a team and fostering a decentralized team of change agents.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have specific knowledge and experience of building a Change Management framework within a complex organisation. Ideally from an HR / People Consultancy background, they will have a solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
Remuneration:
HK$2.0m per annum
