Head of Change – Regulatory Risk recruitment

Deliverables:

 • Accountable for proactively leading and enabling the delivery of the total change portfolio for Regulatory Risk (including strategic, mandatory, tactical and BAU change).

• Act as the principal interface in respect of the change agenda in Regulatory Risk and proactively ensure that an effective change dialogue is maintained across Risk and and with key stakeholders.

• Responsible for reviewing the change model across Regulatory Risk and, in partnership with the business shape and build the model to ensure it effectively enables and aligns with the strategic priorities of Risk and the business.

• Understand and facilitate successful delivery of the impact of strategic change programmes for Regulatory Risk in terms of both cost base and headcount.

 

Experience:

• Senior leadership experience with a successful track record of influencing and managing senior stakeholder relationships across business areas and at Executive level

• Significant strategic planning experience within a complex and matrix environment

• Proven experience and successful track record in driving and directing delivery of multiple large scale complex change programmes across multiple business boundaries

• Proven ability to operate as a senior change professional capable of providing specialist knowledge and advice to shape strategic business development and change

• Proven ability to assess change drivers, manage stakeholders effectively and drive forward implementation of significant change in optimisation of the business operating model

• Experience of shaping and driving debate at senior/executive committees and/or Boards

• Strong awareness of internal and external issues and their strategic implications

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of benefits delivery and cost management, and proven ability to manage and control unit costs within budget
