Head of Client Analytics
This international financial services organisation has a strong presence in the Australian marketplace, and is renowned for its high standard of achievement and its ability to continually return value to its shareholders, even in unprecedented economic times.
Due to growth in the business and a desire to develop a deeper understanding of its clients, a newly created role has come up to provide high-end analytical support and insights to the Divisional CEO, CFO, Industry sector heads and Head of Relationship banking.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing commercial insights to the executive team on performance and strategic opportunities
- Proactively develop strategic analysis to provide insights in some of the following areas:
- Channel analysis
- Competitor benchmarking
- Cross-sell
- Coverage effectiveness and productivity
- Sales and product connectivity
To be successful in this role, you will have a top-tier background with exceptional strategic skills, most likely gained in a top-tier management consulting firm, or from a strategy team in a well-recognised corporate. Your insights into customer analytics and driving outcomes in this space will be well regarded.
This role is ‘greenfield’ and provides superb visibility and exposure to the executive leadership team.
