Head of Client Management, Japan
To qualify for this role you will have in excess of 10 years of investment banking experience in a similar function and be completely fluent in both written and spoken Japanese.
The position requires a senior individual to work with the business heads and face off with clients whilst involving the need for a "hands on" approach to day to day tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Internal Account Management
- Encouraging cross-selling to clients across the various product lines
- Oversight of client onboarding
- Work with local senior management and sales heads in monitoring, analyzing and defining action plans for new clients and also product development
- Monitor risks and revenue generation of all Japanese clients to ensure the proper allocation of resources
- Encourage best use of the client management tool locally
- Work with Relationship Managers to ensure best service to clients
