Head of Client On-boarding
My client a Global Wealth Manager is looking for a Global Head of On-Boarding to take on a prestigious role managing all on-boarding processes. The area they will be working in shall encompass sales CRM related technologies as well as client data management. This person shall be working collaboratively with teams in the UK, EU and Asia regions.
The responsibilities of this director level role shall include managing technology, managing people (up to 40 people including offshore teams), working with business users and managing large on-boarding programmes (possibly 2 at the same time) and driving this transformation.
You will have the right energy, commitment to hit the ground running with previous experience influencing the business with creativity and flair allowing them to break concept, hedge risks, break the edge and drill into solutions. This person must also have excellent relationship management skills with experience of working on an applications based portfolio managing sales and on-boarding technologies. You will be facing off to demanding business groups, senior directors and c-level stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of running large transformation programmes within Client On-boarding
- Experience of managing sales and on-boarding technologies
- Experience of managing client data including complex technologies and several applications
- Experience managing large teams including offshore
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change (deadlines, TOM, etc)
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and communications skills from business users to c-level board members.
- Ideally from a Wealth Management background (dealing with client on-boarding for high net worth individuals), or asset management or private banking.
