Head of Client Relations recruitment
The successful candidate will be responsible for the UK including Risk reporting and monitoring, Field examination, and advisory on potential problem client exposures. total average funds in use, and all aspects of Risk as they relate to a complex, and growing Asset Based Lending Portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring an extensive knowledge of Asset Based Lending in the UK , USA and Europe together with an extensive external network of introducers and professional firms. And will form an integral part of the leadership team in RBSIF Corporate including setting of underwriting standards and policies. Additionally, they will deliver effective team management throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities;
*Lead Portfolio Relationship Management and Relationship Support Team to ensure Corporate Invoice Finance recognises Risk in the portfolio and takes appropriate action to mitigate these risks
*Contribute to the development and implementation of sector strategy through continuous liaison with Director, Corporate and Head of Asset Based Lending and Syndications
*Build effective network of contacts across the organisation, both internal and external
*Ensure customer complaints are handled appropriately and in line with company policy.
