With rapid growth over the last few years in the region and further growth forecast, the need has arisen to recruit a Senior Rewards professional, to be based in their Regional Headquarters inHong Kong.

Strategic and Advisory Emphasis - Asia Pacific Responsibility

Reporting to the Regional HR Director for Asia Pacific and as a key member of the global Compensation Benefits (CB) team, this senior position will have responsibility for all CB issues relating to Asia Pacific. Specifically, you will be responsible for providing advisory services to key executives, for reviewing and developing current CB programs, carrying out benchmarking exercises, monitoring CB trends, as well as effectively communicating the various CB programs across the region. Acting on a consultative basis, extensive liaison is required internally up to a very senior level and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external vendors.

Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of 15 years Rewards experience working within fast-paced multinational environments inAsia, with previous exposure to the financial services sector. There will be an advisory emphasis to the role and a track record in this is essential. Strong knowledge of CB issues across the major regional financial centres inAsiais a prerequisite, as is fluency in English. Above all you must have an energetic, proactive and strategic approach.
