Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and direct Compliance activities in Luxembourg, enabling to
  adhere to relevant Regulatory, Group Industry requirements.
- Establishment of Compliance Function
- Provide Support for GPR Compliance
- Provide Compliance support to internal Boards, Committees and Senior
   Management.
- Liaise with service providers, Trustees, Industry associations, where necessary, in
   coordination with the GPR Head of Compliance. 

Profile of the Ideal Candidate
-   Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Compliance role within the Funds Industry in
    Luxembourg.  Such experience may have been gained in a Legal or Auditing firm. 
- Experience in the interpretation of relevant legislation and Regulation and in
   providing training and advice on technical and policy matters to a diverse audience.
-  Experience in dealing with the CSSF and other Regulators.
-  Excellent understanding of the laws and Regulations relevant to the Funds Industry
   in Luxembourg, with particular emphasis on delegated functions.
-  Excellent understanding of the Financial Services Industry in Luxembourg. 
- Excellent understanding of the general Regulatory environment in Europe and
   internationally.
-  Excellent knowledge of AML, Data Protection and Consumer Protection-related
   regulation. 
-  Business / Finance / Law or related third-level graduate or equivalent.
-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-  Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
-  Analytical focused and self-motivated.
-  Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
-  Good task/project management skills.
-  Excellent time management skills.
