This premier financial institution is among the leading Securities Fund Services companies globally. It is looking to recruit a dynamic and senior Compliance Manager.
Reporting to Asia Pacific Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for the Compliance practice and the coordination of the Compliance practice activity for Singapore. You will execute the agreed compliance monitoring program, maintain the compliance program manual, undertake compliance reviews, documentation drafting, provision of compliance opinions and advices and research assignments as requested. You will ensure all relevant regulations and laws relevant to the conduct of business have been identified, communicated and checked periodically. You will remain fully conversant with local and relevant overseas regulations and regulatory development, lobbying / responding to consultation with regulatory bodies when requested.
Degree qualified, you will the relevant years of compliance experience gained in financial services sector, ideally in securities and trust services. You will be commercial in your approach, possess strong communication and relationship building skills, are independent and hands-on.
