Pro-Finance is currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to work for a Private Retail bank in London. This is a unique opportunity to work for a well-established name, giving you the platform to head and manage the whole compliance division.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be handling the money laundering be the office handling the controlled function
Responsible for preparing FSA thematic review in December 2010 surrounding PEP relationships, correspondent banking and wire transfers
Undertake day to day responsibility for on-boarding KYC, reporting to SOCA, fraud analysis return to the BBA and complaint recording and reporting to the FSA
Produce and present a paper annually to the board of directors on the effectiveness of the systems and controls to prevent money laundering
Write and present policies to the board covering Compliance with the UK Sanctions Regime and Customer Data Security
Leading the project for implementation of Single Customer View/Faster Payout
Responsibility for preparation and delivery for all aspects of regulatory training to include AML/CTF, dormant account, NOR accounts and Customer Data Security

Key Skills:
Solid experience delivering results with special focus on AML/KYC subject matter expertise
Experienced within Financial Services
