Head of Compliance recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the focal point for compliance activities of the firm
- Provide reports on the status of all compliance issues to management
- Investment restrictions monitoring daily
- Report on breach status regarding restrictions or investment policy matters
- Conduct internal monitoring and auditing, respond promptly to detected offenses, developing corrective actions and reporting findings
- Ad Hoc legal or compliance projects
Requirements:
- University graduate, degree holder in Legal / Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in the Compliance field
- High integrity
- Good understanding of risk of fixed income
- Familiar the risk of proprietary trading
- Familiar the risk of derivative product
- Previous SFC experience is preferred
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills with English, Cantonese and Mandarin (is a must)
