Head of Consumer Banking Market Sales, China recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of dealers in Shanghai and assist to lead a team of Treasury Specialist Officers across China
- Drive business plan and strategy together with SME Sales Heads in China to increase product penetration to SME clients
- Work closely with product management team of Wealth Management to offer products to all three segments.
- Strengthen cooperation with product partners of SCB financial markets including FX, Interest Rate, and Commodity and Equity Derivatives Structuring teams
- Ensure the business is fully complied with local and oversea regulatory authorities when launching new products
Qualifications:
- At least eight (8) years experience in providing financial hedging solutions and investment ideas to corporate and/or high net worth individuals
- At least three (3) years experience to cover corporate clients especially in China
- Solid experience in financial market and investment products for corporate clients
- Well-versed with rules and regulations in China
- Must have the proficiency in financial product pricing and risk analysis
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
- University graduate with Post-graduate degree holder or CFA are preferable
