HR Manager – International Professional Services Group recruitment

Summary

Our client is a leading International Architectural group with strong presence in Asia, and have been responsible for several iconic buildings in Singapore. They are currently looking to hire a HR Manager for the Singapore office.

Responsibilities

With 2 HR executives reporting into you, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions. This includes payroll, compensation benefits, employee development, employee relations, training recruitment. To be successful, you will need to be able to engage with the business, while being hands on to ensure the HR operations run smoothly, in a creative environment.

Requirements

You should be a degree holder with 5 - 8yrs of HR experience in a sizable, multi-cultural organization. Strong knowledge of payroll is a pre-requisite. Ability to establish credibility and develop strong working relationships with the business managers is key, in addition to strong communication skills. You should have team lead / supervisory experience.
