Head of Corporate and Investment Banking
The role will involve:
- Participation in the formulation of the bank’s strategic business plan,
- Developing and implementing a business plan for corporate and institutional clients,
- Leading and managing a range of transactions across the corporate and investment banking product spectrum,
- Development of new and existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience of working in a small UK bank, preferably in a senior “control function” position,
- Knowledge of international debt markets and ability to structure facilities including credit analysis, pricing and legal documentation,
- A strong network of contacts and significant transaction experience in Sub-Saharan Africa,
- Proven leadership skills and a track record in developing new business,
- Self motivation with an entrepreneurial drive and outlook
