Head of Corporate Banking recruitment
Key responsibilities:
Designing and leading the strategy for the Corporate Banking business and client relationships in South Africa
Spearhead the marketing efforts to attract new clients and expand existing relationships, both locally and for corporates looking to grow their activities internationally
Managing a team of experienced Relationship Managers
Identify and pursue business opportunities to sell or cross-sell products
Revenue and PL responsibility, including corporate banking activity of local clients globally
Lead coverage for specific, traditional corporate banking clients
Apply a disciplined relationship process to ensure a strong and loyal client base delivering reliable returns
Create most effective use of risk capital and balance sheet
Be actively involved in the credit extension process
