Head of Creative Services

-Innate ability to take concepts and communicate/produce them in presentations or desk-top published collateral, ensuring the relevance in the institutional marketplace.
-Owns/defines creative strategy, ensures implementation strategically between all pieces. Ensures interface with strong understanding of brand identity, and inherent ability to ensure all projects are within corporate guidelines.
-Ability to ensure technology processes are current and relevant, ensuring efficiencies of production.
-Strong partnership with all levels of content providers, including Marketing Managers, Investment Specialists, Product Development and Sales/Distribution
-Ensure marketing pieces fall within determined budget.
-Direct marketing/campaign management experience is beneficial.
-Ability to independently take feedback and statistics and demonstrate a progression of improvement.

Basic Qualifications

-Undergraduate degree required; CFA or MBA preferred
-10+ years work experience, preferably in institutional asset management and/or marketing.
-5+ years of proven people management/experience.
-Strong relationship management and communication abilities, with intense attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Requires strong computer skills, including expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word, functional knowledge of InDesign/Quark Xpress.
-Must demonstrate ability to take initiative, and demonstrate ability to lead/motivate a team of people dedicated to achieving defined goals.
-Must be able to manage in a fast paced environment, manage time and priorities under pressure, while meeting scheduled deadlines.
-Strong team-oriented leader, with strong problem-solving and solutions-oriented approach.
